We are a fast-paced and agile company looking for a best-in-class Talent Acquisition Recruiter who possesses innovative ideas to attract talent and support hiring initiatives across the business.

This position is responsible for leading the recruitment, selection, and hiring efforts and processes for MKD Electric, Wesa Automation, and other affiliated companies. Create and foster relationships internally and externally to attract, recruit, and hire diverse candidates. Identify and utilize various sourcing and candidate pipeline strategies to proactively identify qualified candidates that match company needs.

What you will do…

• Manage full life cycle recruiting process within a high-volume environment including, sourcing, candidate generation, offer negotiation, and onboarding

• Create talent pipelines, engage candidates using non-traditional sourcing methods

• Serve as a consultant to hiring managers on recruitment strategies, interview best practices, and development of job titles/descriptions (e.g., including defining job requirements/profiles, and managing hiring manager expectations)

• Attend various recruitment events e.g., career fairs, and networking events

• Demonstrate personal integrity in interactions with staff, candidates, and vendors

• Provide a positive and professional experience for both candidates and hiring managers by providing excellent customer service, and timely follow-up throughout the recruitment and selection process

• Leverage various job boards, professional networks, social media, referrals, and etc. to attract talent

• Maintain critical relationships within the business and drive cultural fit and performance to ensure qualified candidate retention

• Meet established hiring goals, plan and prepare for future business/project growth, and keep candidate pools engaged

• Experience using sourcing methodologies like Boolean Search to attract top talent in a competitive market using different tools, i.e., LinkedIn, Indeed, social networks, and alumni boards

• Ensure compliance with government regulations regarding employment

• 10% travel to headquarters and various site visits

What you will need to succeed…

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

• Minimum of 5 years recruiting experience

• Experience recruiting in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

• Strong ability to attract, market, source, screen, and interview candidates (especially those with a technical background)

• Experience partnering with and advising hiring managers, leadership, and talent team on recruiting decisions

• Ability to function in a fast-paced, complex, and deadline-oriented environment with fidelity, confidentiality, and positivity

• Previous experience working with ATS/CRM tools and other recruiting technical assets

• Outstanding communication, consultation, negotiation, and people skills

• Able to prioritize competing priorities and deadlines

• Excellent customer service skills and organizational/time management skills
