Position Summary:
This position will be responsible for providing high volume, full life-cycle recruitment &other various HR tasks to support our Operations Executives. The role will entail administering the recruiting process from posting requisitions through onboarding, which includes creating job postings, active and passive candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, preemployment checks, scheduling interviews, compliance, extending offers and follow up after hire.

Experience and Qualifications:
Experience with high volume recruiting in multiple disciplines, Proven ability in active and passive candidate sourcing & relationship building.

Provide excellent customer service and computer skills including Microsoft Office products, other web-based software, HRIS software and ATS systems. Have effective oral and

written communication, interpersonal and coaching skills. Ability to work and foster teamwork with various groups within the company and work independently.

Working knowledge of various employment laws and practices. Detail-oriented and results driven. Ability to maintain confidentiality in human resource work.

Have a working knowledge of payroll practices. Create a positive hiring experience for all new hires.

Education and Experience:

  • A bachelor's degree preferred.

  • 2 yrs minimum of full cycle recruiting experience required

  • Previous experience with culinary and hospitality mangement and hourly recruiting

  • Ability to travel 25% of time if/when necessary

Position Summary: This position will be primarily responsible for the flow of candidates through the life cycle of the recruitment process. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for providing support to the talent acquisition process through on-boarding and orientation. Experience and Qualifications: Degree or equivalent work experience plus a minimum of 3+ years working in a HR/Talent Acquisition department. Must have previous experience working with an Applicant Tracking System. Ability to multi-task and work comfortably in a fast paced corporate work environment. Ability to anticipate Leadership's needs; taking initiative to reach milestones on goals. Must possess attention-to-detail with a "can do" attitude. Equipped with strong interpersonal skills. Must have strong background with MS Office Programs. Computer, email and phone etiquette. Ability to multitask, communicate with operational vice presidents and new hire team members. Ability to find ways to improve any onboarding processes. Essential Functions/Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition Coordinator will interact with all levels of the organization from different departments in order to execute the recruitment process for management positions. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be an extension of the recruiters and will work closely with candidates to ensure that the on-boarding process is best in class.
