Volt is immediately hiring for a Recruiter in Fountain Valley, CA.

As an Recruiter you will:

  • Partner with hiring managers and build overall recruiting strategy.

  • Responsible for full life cycle of the recruiting process. Recruiting for professional / corporate level positions

  • Analysts, Sales, Marketing, Administrative, Accounting, Finance, Operations, etc.
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc

  • Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications and performing prescreen phone interviews to assess applicant' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.

  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers

  • Facilitate the offer process by extending offers and negotiations, while ensuring candidates have a good candidate experience.

  • Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations

  • Assist with onboarding of new employees

  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team

  • Assist with all administrative tasks associated with the hiring/recruiting process including the maintenance of Hyundai's internal/external recruiting systems.

  • Act as point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process

This is a long term temp position, estimated to last 12 months. It also offers a foot in the door of a top organization with opportunity to move into other roles. This role is remote. Hours are M-F from 8am

  • 5pm.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 1-2 years of full cycle recruiting of professional level, corporate level experience

  • OEM Automotive manufacturing experience

  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

  • Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Working knowledge applicant tracking systems.

  • Attention to detail

  • Team player

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

Pay Rate: $33-50/hr.

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
