We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner/Recruiter to help us attract the very best talent and support our rapid growth. If you are someone who works with a sense of urgency, and you are self-motivated, adaptable, and naturally curious, we would love to talk to you!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Provide full life cycle, high volume recruiting from sourcing to offer acceptance

  • Source, evaluate, interview, network, and hire top tier talent

  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing efforts and ongoing relationship management

  • Demonstrate the ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences

  • Act as a talent advisor to hiring managers and cross-functional partners by developing strong relationships. Advise on all hiring-related decisions.

  • Wear multiple hats and prioritize effectively

  • Help manage and create a flawless candidate experience through prompt follow-up and communication with candidates throughout the candidate lifecycle

  • Utilize the Phenom platform to identify, attract and target talent.

  • Become an expert on Phenom and all of our job categories

Work Experience

  • 2-10 years of experience in talent acquisition in a fast-paced high-growth environment

  • Full-cycle recruiting experience including but not limited to networking, sourcing, and hiring diverse talent

  • Experiencing managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and hiring manager requests with a sense of urgency

  • Experience building and driving talent sourcing initiatives.

  • Ability to utilize recruitment and HR technology tools such as CRM technology, Applicant Tracking Systems, Linkedin, resume database, internet sourcing tools, Phenom, HRIS systems, etc.

  • Ability to thrive in an ever-changing, ambiguous but FUN environment

  • Experience interpreting data and using it to guide hiring decisions

  • Bachelor's degree or related work experience

Responsibilities Essential Duties (Primary Responsibilities) include the following. * Acts as Employee Relations subject matter expert to the assigned business unit(s). * Aids business leaders when making decisions on talent management strategies. * Acts as the performance improvement driver and encourages positive changes in people management through Performance Improvement plans or Performance Development documentation. * Partners with Recruitment team to provide support and guidance to business leaders regarding organizational design. * Educates managers and enforces matters of employment law and policy interpretation. * Analyzes, forecasts and prepares assigned business leaders for all employment activities including new roles, promotions, and terminations. * Conducts exit interviews and provides analysis of findings. * Encourages employee engagement and supports employee retention strategies. * Analyzes and presents risk factors to members of senior leadership when taking tangible employment actions. Ensuring appropriate processes are followed and compliance with local and federal regulations. * Provides expertise in conducting internal investigations and brings employment relation issues to resolution. * Supports company-wide Human Resources management initiatives as assigned. * Acts as liaison with other departments including the Legal, Recruitment, and Payroll teams. * Other duties as assigned. The requirements listed below are representative of the experience required. * Adhere to Berkadia's policies and exhibit proficiency and understanding of Berkadia's Values and position-specific skills. * Knowledge of human resources best practices and employment law. * Proficiency in HR Information systems, preferably ADP Workforce Now * Advanced experience in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. * Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities. * Outstanding attention to detail. * Ability to manage expectations, informing stakeholders of potential delays due to conflicting priorities. * Can-do, proactive attitude that can mean making suggestions and giving options rather than waiting for answers. * Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing with all levels of an organization. * PHR/SHRM-CP certificate preferred. Preferred Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent Preferred Previous Experience Seven to ten years prior experience in a similar position.
