Talent Acquisition Partner (Contract) - Recruiting Ops

General Summary:

• This is a 6 month contract with potential for extension. This is an operationally focused role.*

The Talent Acquisition Partner (temp) is responsible for managing 4DMT recruiting operations including scheduling, PO processing, contract employee roster management, and Internship program management. This role support the Talent Acquisition team to efficient full cycle management of requisitions from open to fill. Additionally, the individual will have opportunities to partner on other talent management and HRBP activities and expand 4DMT's in-house recruitment efforts.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate, schedule, and conduct interviews

• Edit and format job descriptions

• Administer recruiting operations process in our ATS system - Greenhouse

• Maintain Talent Acquisition related trackers daily

• Process the recruitment of, onboarding and offboarding of temporary workers

• Support the execution of a multi-faceted recruitment strategy to find, attract, hire, and retain top talent for the organization

• Adhere to and maintain the recruitment process, tools, and practices to ensure they are optimized for efficiency and effectiveness

• Keep up to date with current recruiting and labor market trends in the life sciences industry and new approaches to support retention and recruitment efforts as a dynamic, forward-thinking employer

• Provide support to senior TA staff through late stage scheduling, records maintenance and other adhoc tasks

• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree, HR Certification is a plus

• 5+ years of experience preferred

• 1+ years in biotech/pharma industry a plus

• High proficiency in recruiting tools such as Greenhouse ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter

• Ability to build relationships with employees at all levels across the organization

• High degree of organizational awareness, ability to connect the dots to understand hiring at the big-picture level

• Excellent judgment in handling confidential, sensitive information

• Excellent overall communication, writing and organizational skills

• Strong interpersonal skills working in a team environment

• Experience with Microsoft Suite tools (including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Access, and Excel)

Hourly compensation range: $55.77/hr - $68.27
