SUMMARY:

In this role you will work with the Director of Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning to identify, plan and execute strategies for targeted recruiting programs such as: Veterans, Diversity, University and Local Community outreach. You will focus on ensuring positive and successful relationships with multiple groups across various geographies.

You will have multiple and unique opportunities that continue to improve our community outreach efforts. You'll need to deliver exceptional candidate, customer and vendor experiences and maintain a high degree of professionalism when dealing with stakeholders both inside and outside of HSS.

You will also support internal mobility of existing team members and/or strategic roles within HSS. You will also assist in projects as assigned as we look to improve and streamline recruiting practices at HSS.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Community / Program Outreach (~60%)

  • Work with Director in developing and monitoring recruiting strategies and in carrying out HSS's commitment to community outreach

  • Work with the communications/marketing team to increase effective communication efforts across multiple platforms including social media, local print and direct outreach campaigns

  • Register for events (e.g. career fairs) and maintain tracking of key dates and details including recruiting collateral materials, shipments, deadlines, etc.

  • Submit invoices

  • Promote events to job centers, career services, clubs, orgs, students, etc.

  • Provide logistical event support (booking venues, order catering, etc.)

  • Attending offsite events when appropriate

  • Manage relationships with external stakeholders

  • In partnership with our RPO partner, organize and facilitate event updates and meetings with recruiting and business partners, coordinate task/assignments across team members (Typically, weekly project review; event pre-brief; post-event lessons learned meeting)

  • Manage recruiting collateral and supplies (banners, tablecloths, brochures, giveaway items, etc.)

Recruiting (~20%)

  • Partner with internal leaders to determine specific needs for open/upcoming positions

  • Post jobs to internal and external sites

  • Review applications, conduct phone interviews and coordinate candidates through the recruitment process

  • Works with internal teams to ensure a high level of customer service in the recruiting process

Project Management (~20%)

  • Provides administrative support for all special projects, as requested by Director

  • Manage the event project timeline and Project Playbook to ensure events are on track and all parties are meeting their SLAs, following-up with team and stakeholders to ensure action items are completed on time

  • Monitor project trends to surface and avoid potential risks

  • Communicate project status to all participants

  • Participate in projects when appropriate

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR Management, related field or a combination of relevant work experience

  • 3+ years' experience, preferably in Talent Acquisition Program support / execution

  • Demonstrated success in coordinating recruiting activities

  • Excellent computer and software skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook required

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and attitude

  • Independent thinker; ability to be flexible

  • Ability to handle multiple projects in fast-paced environment

  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and maintain positive attitude

  • Enjoys new challenges; ability to think constructively and creatively to adapt to unforeseen challenges

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

  • Strong work ethic and ability to maintain strict confidentiality

  • Experience with OFCCP requirements

  • Experience coordinating programs for multi-office locations

Recruitment policies and practices. * Bring leadership, mentorship, and skill/career development to your team to ensure success of recruiting goals * Provide market intelligence to influence the strategic workforce plan to facilitate the shift from a filling requisitions to strategic workforce management * Partner with business leaders, HRBPs, Talent & Org Dev, regional TA leads, recruiters and other key partners to analyze business goals, identify talent needs/or gaps to create and implement programs to find the right talent against current and future workforce planning strategies * Strengthen existing pipelines and develop new sources, which includes significantly advancing our active external market outreach * Enhance Zoom employer brand in the marketplace.
