The combined expertise and capabilities of the two businesses create a unique combination of solutions to develop and communicate evidence of value to optimize patient access to new therapies.The joining of BresMed and Cello Health represents a first foundational step in the creation of a new value demonstration-focused organization that will continue to expand around the mission of improving patient health by accelerating and optimizing access to effective medical advances.

Position Summary

The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for the management and overseeing of full-lifecycle recruitment for Cello Health US businesses and operating units, with a focus on Cello Health Communications. This includes sourcing, interviewing, and hiring processes of employees, as well as providing advice on improving employment brand.

Essential Functions

  • Take ownership of the talent acquisition process under the oversight and direction of the Global Director, Talent Acquisition including the recruitment full life cycle, by maintaining a continuous recruiting model to find the best talent for the organization
  • Provide recruitment support to other US business units either directly or by supporting the efforts of business partner HR colleagues
  • Help to mentor junior HR team members in recruiting function
  • Active sourcing of candidates consistent with defined business needs and culture
  • Work with hiring managers and provide advice on full lifecycle recruiting and proper interviewing methods
  • Help propel diverse recruitment efforts forward for the organization, consistent with organizational goals
  • Continue to promote a Company recruitment brand, keeping job boards, websites and social media updated with all current vacancy information.
  • Leverage Social Media platforms to engage potential and existing talent.
  • Coordinate and facilitate applicant screening inclusive of phone calls, face-to-face interviews, and reference checks where appropriate
  • Professional communication with staff, both written and verbal applying discretion in various matters
  • Remain aware of changing laws pertaining to Human Resources and talent acquisition in different States
  • HR projects as assigned; other duties as assigned

  • Broad knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations and training and development
  • Ability to adapt to rapid changes and expectations in office environment

Education and Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or Business
  • 3+ years of experience actively sourcing candidates
  • Prior experience in recruiting
  • Prior experience screening and interviewing job applicants
  • Knowledge of social media and professional networks
  • PHR/SPHR preferred
