Your Job

Acadia Healthcare is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join its Human Resources team based out of the company's Franklin, TN corporate headquarters. This position allows you to work hand-in-hand with business leaders to build sustainable talent solution strategies while working on leading recruitment projects. As a key member of the Talent Acquisition team, this role will have primary accountability for identifying and hiring top nursing talent in support of Acadia's patient care and growth strategies.

This is a unique opportunity to join an expanding Talent Acquisition team and partner with Human Resources and business leaders to source, recruit, and assess candidates for Acadia's nurse position. Through collaborative working relationships with operational leaders and HR Business Partners, the Talent Acquisition team provides a consultative approach to workforce planning by effectively anticipating organizational talent needs/gaps and, subsequently, working to develop a network candidate pools to meet those critical business needs. The Talent Acquisition Partner will bring subject matter expertise in the areas of candidate selection and assessment and influence the organization on talent best practices.

Your Responsibilities

  • Responsible for recruitment of RNs, LPNs and nursing leadership positions

  • Sourcing passive candidates

  • Report and provide updates on positions, hiring projects, and barriers to leadership team

  • Manage hiring manager relationship and stay informed of recruitment needs

  • Develop robust candidate pools for current and future staffing needs

  • Interact with all levels of leadership

  • Tracking and monitoring confidential candidate information

  • May perform special projects

  • Managing daily information/candidate data tracking

  • Providing information to the client as needed

  • Attend career fairs/ conferences

  • Maintaining a high level of customer service and satisfaction.

Your Experience and Job Requirements

  • Previous experience with nurse or clinical recruiting highly preferred.

  • Strong Microsoft Outlook skills and literacy in Excel and Word.

  • Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS): iCIMS or UltiPro (We use both!)

  • Ability to utilize multiple sourcing channels, develop pipelines, and deliver candidates timely

  • Ability to prioritize and plan in a fast paced setting

  • Must be adaptable. This is a new team and a new process!

  • Customer oriented attitude

  • Highly detailed

  • Strong sense of urgency

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with others

  • Ability to manage a large workload in a timely manner

  • Familiarity in working with a deadline.

Your Education and Skills

  • BS/BA Degree

  • 3-5 years Human Resources experience, preferably in a large organization with a minimum of 2 years in the Talent Acquisition function.

  • Previous ATS experience preferred; iCIMS or UltiPro a plus

  • Comfortable giving presentations, speaking in public, and interacting with business leaders incluidng C-suite, executives, and other key stakeholders.
