Join our team as a Talent Acquisition Manager, where you will oversee the entire recruitment process to ensure we attract and hire top diverse talent. In this key role, you will develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies, lead and mentor the recruitment team, and collaborate closely with leadership and HR Business Partners to understand and meet staffing needs. Your expertise and creativity will be crucial in sourcing and securing the best candidates efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop the team, ensuring performance goals are met
Develop and execute the overall Talent Acquisition strategy including innovative and creative ways to attract the best and brightest diverse candidates and increase our competitive advantage
Enhance the candidate experience by ensuring a smooth, engaging, and positive recruitment process from initial contact through onboarding.
Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with colleges, universities, military agencies, community partners and professional associations as a source to generate candidate pipelines & build pathways to industry
Create and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates
Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies
Ensure all recruitment practices comply with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations
Partner with leadership and HR Business Partners to understand their hiring needs and provide recruitment support
Manage and analyze candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and serve as the ATS subject matter expert
Manage job advertisements on job boards, websites, and other online platforms; monitor activity and ensure consistent and effective employer branding
Oversee and manage all recruiting subscriptions, software, and tools to ensure they are used effectively and efficiently
Desired Experience & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
7-10 years of prior working experience in the Human Resources, Recruiting or related field(s)
3-5 years of leadership experience within an Human Resources function
Manufacturing industry experience preferred
Strong leadership and team management skills
In-depth understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle processes and employer branding techniques
Ability to establish positive working relationships, effectively communicate and present information across the organization and with community partners
Strong organizational and time management skills with great attention to detail
Ability to work individually and within a highly collaborative team environment
Experience using ATS and various recruitment platforms
Travel expectation: Up to 25%
