Role: Talent Acquisition Manager
Location: Austin, TX (Onsite)

What is a Talent Acquisition Manager at Serenova?
To excel as Talent Acquisition Manager, we expect you to be experienced in full-cycle recruiting and employment branding. You should have a sharp eye for talented people and a steady commitment to help them find success in our company.
Determine current staffing needs and work with Finance produce forecasts
Work with the People Team to develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
Lead employment branding initiatives and outlets
Manage all staffing vendor relations and contracts
Partner with the Executive team and hiring managers to assess business needs
Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs
Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)
Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience
Assist in employee retention and development
Supervise recruiting personnel
Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers or other events
Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement
Training business units on the latest TA tactics and methods
5-8 years experience in Corporate and/or Agency recruiting with at least 2 years as a lead or manager.
3 years experience in Full Life Cycle Technical Recruiting
Experience in Full Life Cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding
Understanding of all selection methods and techniques
Proficient in the use of social media, job boards and other recruiting tools
Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles
Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (Jobvite) and applicant databases
High level of overall business acumen
Excellent project management skills
