We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our partner recruitment efforts and strategy. With Citrin Cooperman's ongoing hyper-growth as one of the fastest growing middle market accounting firms, we're looking for a candidate with a proven track record of sourcing, attracting and hiring senior-level talent within the public accounting industry who have a passion for their craft & a desire to make a real impact. This role will be critical in shaping CC's future and ongoing owner pipeline across our tax, audit and advisory practices, so we're looking for a true recruiting partner who can leverage their applied expertise & help to drive the strategy for our partner recruitment process to scale.

This is a great opportunity to join our growing talent acquisition team and contribute to the success of our broader talent acquisition efforts by also supporting key projects across recruitment operations, technology, employer branding and other strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full lifecycle recruitment efforts for partner/executive, director and other senior-level positions across our tax, audit & advisory practices.

  • Manage a seamless & positive candidate interview experience for both active and passive candidates in order to attract and recruit top current & future partner talent.

  • Partner with senior leadership to understand the unique hiring needs across our tax, advisory and assurance practices, and develop effective recruitment strategies, including with emerging practice areas.

  • Leverage multiple sourcing methods including direct sourcing, in-person & virtual networking, professional industry associations and external search firms as needed in order to identify top talent.

  • Conduct thorough assessments of each candidate throughout the selection and evaluation process & help drive offer recommendations.

  • Lead the negotiation process, extending offers and managing candidate expectations to ensure successful hires.

  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential directors and partners across the US through networking, relationship building and ongoing geographic market research.

  • Track recruitment key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts & strategy.

  • Act as an ambassador for CC's employer brand, promoting our firm culture and values to attract the right talent.

  • Stay up to date on industry trends, and support in implementing innovative recruitment strategies in order to enhance our partner selection process.

  • Support key recruiting projects across recruitment best practices, operations, technology, employer branding and other strategic initiatives.

  • Mentor & train other junior-level recruiters and coordinators.

Qualifications:

  • 8-10+ years of talent acquisition experience, including at least 4 years focused on executive, direct admit partner and/or experienced hire recruitment within the public accounting industry. Strong preference for candidates with prior executive search or direct hire search firm experience.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.

  • Proven track record as an executive-facing recruitment partner.

  • Strong understanding of the public accounting industry, candidate pools and market trends.

  • Applied experience using creative sourcing methodologies & techniques.

  • Strategic approach to developing & implementing recruitment strategies in partnership with internal leadership.

  • Passion for recruitment best practices and training.

  • Commitment to and experience in promoting diversity & inclusion strategies in recruitment processes.

  • Process-driven approach to scaling passive candidate pipelines.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, ATS technologies & LinkedIn Recruiter.

For positions in New York City and California, the salary range: $125,000 - $150,000. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable laws.
