We currently have an opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our Human Resources team located in Canton, MA.
This role partners with business unit leaders to define talent acquisition needs that are required to execute business strategies. Creates and implements a recruitment strategy that aligns with overall corporate strategy. The Talent Acquisition Manager is also in charge of planning, developing, managing and overseeing talent acquisition and recruitment processes and strategies. Responsible for finding, recruiting, hiring and retaining talented candidates. You'll be in charge of planning, developing and implementing a new and productive Talent Acquisition strategy for our company.
Develop recruitment strategy. This may include job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment social media campaign, talent planning, etc.
Assist with both external and internal hiring efforts (internal recruitment meaning assessment of employees for different or more senior roles.).
Identify future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing; develop talent pool or social engagements. Including sourcing appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization.
Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers.
Provide recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers and HR professionals with hiring and employment data. May develop specialized or competitive intelligence and research in regards to talent development or retention.
Develop college recruiting programs.
Develops and implements recruitment strategies in support of business objectives leveraging internal/external sourcing and recruiting capabilities as well as technology resources.
Develop relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and manage the procurement and measurement process.

Makes recommendations/decisions related to planning and execution of Talent Acquisition strategies.
Applies industry and functional knowledge and sound business practices to decision making.
Identifies and recommends recruiting related vendor selections from contract proposals processes.
Makes recommendations/decisions on all relocation activities and is the company representative on all needed negotiations.
Must be able to influence and demonstrate strong leadership skills at various levels of the organization.
Consults with HR Management and external resources as required.
Strong consultation and management skills.
Knowledge of recruiting industry best practices, processes and workflows as well as process improvement methodologies, project management theory and the contract bidding process.
Knowledge of internet and technology recruiting tools.
Must be proficient with cutting edge HRIS, recruitment tools and Microsoft Office suite.
Must have the ability to interact with internal and external customers.
Must be able to work independently or as a member of a team.
Experience and Education:
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree with 7+ years HR experience with emphasis on recruiting; 3 or more years of supervisory experience.
Supervises staff of professional positions.
Accountable for the decisions made, and actions taken by direct reports.
Responsible for ensuring that their teams achieve corporate processing standards and the team's annual business objectives.
Completes performance evaluations on direct reports.
Authorized to make personnel selection, development, and discipline up to and including termination.
Strategic planning and achievement of goals for their team.
Fiscal accountability for establishing and controlling an operating budget.
