We are looking for a fun, energetic and driven Talent Acquisition Manager for our New York office to help grow our sales teams as our business continues to build and evolve in the US market.
About The Role
Manage the full cycle hiring process from graduate to mid-senior sales roles, from sourcing to start date across our Client Acquisition and Client Success departmens in our New York office.
Be a trusted advisor and partner with sales leadership in developing our recruitment strategy for future employees
Work closely with the Directors of each office
Dig in and master the sales roles so you will have the ability to drive recruitment strategies, evaluate top talent, and navigate a high-touch hiring process
Source and recruit candidates who will 'raise the bar' and continue to drive the business forward with a high level of standards
Develop and manage processes that drive exceptional candidate experiences
Be a Meltwater Ambassador: Effectively evangelize the Meltwater story to candidates across the country, act as an advocate for our company values and promote people and culture to candidates
Headhunting on Linkedin
Raising the brand awareness and drive organic traffic for potential candidates
Responsible for University relations and engagement (attend Career Fairs, make connections with career centers and get Meltwater on campus in new and exciting ways to increase our brand awareness key Colleges and Universities.
Skills & Requirements
Your Skills And Experience
University degree (any discipline) with strong academic results
1-4 years of full cycle recruitment experience (in-house recruitment preferred)
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
Track record of success and innovative thinking
Experience using data to drive recruitment pipelines
Passion for digital media, technology and what it can do for businesses today
Drive & killer instinct
Ability to work in the US without sponsorship
Excellent level of proficiency in written and spoken English
