Manager, Talent Acquisition The Manager, Talent Acquisition is responsible to design, create, and direct Talent Acquisition initiatives for our organization. This role is also responsible for leading a team of recruiters who are efficient and effective in sourcing high caliber candidates while complying with fair hiring practices and internal compliance.

Essential Functions Actively participate in, and support Business Partner workforce planning. Develop Talent Acquisition strategies to support current and future workforce needs. Including leading projects.

Drive and direct all recruitment efforts and processes for the following TA programs: Leadership Recruiting Innovation & Venture Recruiting Corporate Recruiting Campus recruiting With Talent Acquisition Operations Manager, establish business requirements for and configuration of recruitment systems.

Ensure that the talent acquisition team is trained on the optimal use of the systems.

Ensure a strong evaluation and screening process to filter in candidates that are of high caliber and fit to the organization. Ensure recruiters comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws around all recruitment processes. Manage recruitment budget and annual forecasting.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Advanced knowledge of applicant tracking systems and tools to include selection, implementation and integration, A proven track record of developing, implementing and managing highly effective recruiting practices, including full utilization of internet recruiting, direct sourcing, social media, and employee referrals. Advanced knowledge of recruitment media and sourcing.

Ability to collaborate and build relationships effectively with the business; build trust, credibility and influence by example. Expert in leading high-performing, engaged teams. Education & Experience / Licenses & Certification Bachelors Degree (required) 7 years recruiting experience (required) 3 years managing recruiting teams; experience managing all aspects of recruiting budgets (required) MBA (preferred) Professional certification (PHR/SPHR, etc.) (preferred) #LEAD

With approximately 150 employees in the division, the Legal Division at CSAA IG aims to support its business partners with innovation legal solutions and its insureds with effective legal representation in their time of need. The legal team's corporate functions are primarily based in our corporate headquarters in Walnut Creek, and there are also 11 staff counsel locations coast to coast. As a member of our legal team you will support the Associate General Counsel, Litigation, and his functions at our Walnut Creek office. Approximately 85% of legal division employees are in the litigation department, making it the largest team in the division. It includes our insurance defense staff counsel, extra contractual & coverage team, subrogation law team and legal operations group. Essential Functions / Principal Responsibilities The primary responsibility for this member of our legal team is to support, learn and understand the work styles of our Associate General Counsel, Litigation, and anticipate his needs. You must be one step ahead of the associate general counsel to organize, remind, prioritize and manage his time to meet all deadlines and assist with projects. You will manage scheduling of all internal and external meetings, travel plans, conference calls and day to day activities for the associate general counsel. You will play a key role in ensuring that various reports are generated and distributed, including developing and tracking new reports and metrics when needed. You will prepare and/or proofread documents, messages, presentations and materials for meetings. Other duties may include: * Preparing agendas, materials and minutes for meetings and coordinating follow up with meeting participants on tasks/issues as appropriate; * Phone call management, including screening and prioritizing all phone calls; * Responding to external correspondence; * Reconciling corporate credit card account(s) and preparing expense reports; * Typing memos, purchase requisitions, payment requests and other department forms and documents; * Opening and closing of files and filing and retrieving documents and reference materials; * Performing highly confidential administrative support on matters such as employment litigation and confidential settlements and internal investigations; * Interacting with Legal Division business partners which may include senior executives external to Legal; and * In coordination with the legal operations lead, handling and/or coordinating certain day-to-day operations of the Legal Division as needed, such as operational planning, outside counsel budgeting, annual auditing, and other special projects as appropriate.
