Minimum of a Bachelors degree is required Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting is required Experience in/knowledge of the Medical Diagnostic/Device, Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology sector is strongly preferred but not required Recruiting experience supporting Commercial, Sales or marketing is preferred but not required. Experience with applicant tracking systems is required (i.e. iCIMS, Workday Recruiter, Taleo, BrassRing) Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter is required Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel) is required.
This role may require up to 10% domestic travel. Interview prospective employees and evaluate candidates for employment related to factors such as job experience, education and training, knowledge, skills and abilities, organizational culture considerations, and other data pertinent in selection for a wide variety of non-exempt and exempt positions in multiple functional disciplines. Provide company information to candidates and appropriately sell candidates on the value proposition of the Ortho Clinical Diagnostics experience.
Source candidates by reviewing direct applicants as well as utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter to proactively find and attract candidates. Compile, maintain and provide regular metrics to track TA activity and for HR-related activities and compliance. Ensure all relevant data on applicants, the process and the final hiring decision are properly handled in a timely and compliant manner.
This position will be a Remote position, to cover recruiting of Sales positions in the Western and Central regions of the US.
