About the Role

SpringWorks Therapeutics is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our growing TA team. This role reports to the head of talent acquisition and will be an integral member of the team. You will be responsible for interview scheduling, exceptional candidate care, partnering with the hiring team, applicant tracking management, onboarding and talent analytics.

Responsibilities Include

  • Coordinate, Schedule and Manage all interviews with the hiring teams across the company, providing a world class experience.

  • Manage multiple recruitment requests and priorities across the business, performing key administrative activities to help enable the hiring team to be successful.

  • Help create, implement and manage a first in class onboarding program.

  • Generate offer letters, initiate background checks, update applicant tracking systems, and schedule onboarding agenda.

  • Provide a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.

  • Optimize inefficiencies in the interview and onboarding process, while being empowered to drive our recruiting strategy.

  • Generate weekly hiring analytics from the Applicant Tracking System.

  • Manage candidate travel and expenses as needed.

About You: Required Education, Skills, and Experience

  • High School diploma or GED required, Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred

  • 3+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator in a high growth environment

  • Ability to multi-task and deliver quality work in a fast-paced environment with tight deliverables

  • Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written

  • Extremely proficient in MS Office: Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

  • Highly organized and efficient

As a Recruitert, you will focus on full-cycle recruitment and coordination of Talent Acquisition efforts for Corporate Headquarters and Retail/Field positions ensuring that People are at the forefront of our culture. Summary of Key Job Responsibilities: * Responsible to meet or exceed all goals and key performance indicators (KPIs). * Identify, qualify and interview candidates for specifics positions and work collaboratively with department managers and executives. * Responsible for full-cycle recruitment and coordinate all aspects of the interview process. * Efficiently update and maintain all information in Paycom (ATS) ensuring compliance standards. * Partner cross functionally with all departments within in corporate headquarters and the retail/field locations and able to build solid relationships. * Assist and support special projects and events as needed. * Maintain a calm demeanor and manage issues professionally and respectfully in accordance with our company standards. * Act with integrity and trust, modeling behavior that respects our employees, peers and customers in accordance with the core values of our company. * Perform any other duties as requested by management. Qualifications Requirements & Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree required. * Must have a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or HR related function. * Retail experience required. * Previous experience in capturing metrics and producing various reports. * Experience in all areas of sourcing such as the internet, social media, networking, employee referrals, job postings, as well as conducting open houses and virtual job fairs. * Experience working within applicant tracking systems (ATS), Paycom experience preferred. * Must be results driven and utilize knowledge to meet or exceed KPIs and goals. * Must have proven time management skills and quickly adapts to a changing business environment. * Able to work independently and make logical decisions. * Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. * Able to prioritize responsibilities with the appropriate level of urgency, able to listen and can use this information to solve problems, anticipate issues and make correct decisions based on a variety of situations. * Must take accountability and responsibility for your actions. * Must have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines consistently. * Must have superior communication skills; verbal, written and interpersonal skills; able to listen effectively to solve problems, anticipate issues and make effective decisions. * Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Maintains the highest level of customer service, creating solutions and experiences that drive business results and engagement with the brand. * Must work collaboratively with fellow employees, treating all clients, both internal and external with dignity and respect at all times. * Proficiency required in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel & PowerPoint. * Experience utilizing and updating applicant tracking systems i.e., Paycom experience preferred. * Experience creating and capturing key metrics a plus. * Must comply with the standards, policies and procedures outlined in the Lovesac Employee Handbook. * Consistent ability to work in an office environment and regularly report to work at Corporate Headquarters or designated showroom. * Must be capable of using and operating all equipment as required, including but not limited to: iPad, laptop, etc. Be able to move objects (including medium to large furniture items up to 75 pounds) from a lower to a higher position or horizontally from position-to-position or be able to assemble furniture while working on the selling floor or in our warehouse. * Must be able to travel, as required by the Company in its sole discretion, for occasional meetings and conferences using various forms of transportation. * Must possess a strong work ethic and exemplify The Lovesac Values: Lovesac Core Values - Audacious Dreamers Willing to sweep the floors Grit Aspirational Values - Customer Centricity Only "A" Players Executional Excellence Consciousness Table-Stakes Values - Positivity Flexibility Inclusivity Insatiable Learning Passion Collaboration Empathy Transparency Our stores including our website are open seven days a week and require morning, evening, weekend and holiday availability.
