About the Role
SpringWorks Therapeutics is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our growing TA team. This role reports to the head of talent acquisition and will be an integral member of the team. You will be responsible for interview scheduling, exceptional candidate care, partnering with the hiring team, applicant tracking management, onboarding and talent analytics.
Responsibilities Include
Coordinate, Schedule and Manage all interviews with the hiring teams across the company, providing a world class experience.
Manage multiple recruitment requests and priorities across the business, performing key administrative activities to help enable the hiring team to be successful.
Help create, implement and manage a first in class onboarding program.
Generate offer letters, initiate background checks, update applicant tracking systems, and schedule onboarding agenda.
Provide a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
Optimize inefficiencies in the interview and onboarding process, while being empowered to drive our recruiting strategy.
Generate weekly hiring analytics from the Applicant Tracking System.
Manage candidate travel and expenses as needed.
About You: Required Education, Skills, and Experience
High School diploma or GED required, Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred
3+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator in a high growth environment
Ability to multi-task and deliver quality work in a fast-paced environment with tight deliverables
Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
Extremely proficient in MS Office: Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Highly organized and efficient
