Talent Acquisition Coordinator
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will work directly with the Talent Acquisition Manager on recruiting, selecting and hiring for restaurant operations both management and hourly. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be responsible for building relationships with candidate and hiring managers to continue to grow talent pipeline and build employer branding.
Responsibilities including but not limited to:
Work with Talent Acquisition Manager on hiring, orientation, onboarding and implementation of recruiting strategies
Team Together, we win as a team. Build great relationships with Team Directors and General Managers be proactive in communication and plans for hourly hiring.
Create a positive candidate experience for candidates by moving them through process quickly and professionally with clear communication
Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency and continued project management on HR processes, such as orientation, talent acquisition and social media
Utilize ATS to review candidates resumes, perform phone interviews and coordinate in-person interviews
Communication and scheduling of orientation to candidates and managers
Responsible for full cycle recruitment of assigned positions
Support restaurants with hourly team member hiring
Creatively source for open hourly roles, using multiple recruiting channels which include: job boards, colleges and universities, job fairs, social media and team member referrals
Be a part of the community, actively recruit in the markets and understand competition
Attend and promote internal and external career fairs
Assist with other projects as assigned by TA Manager
S./B.A. in a related field or equivalent in education and experience
At least 2 years of recruiting experience, in-house experience preferred
Restaurant, hospitality, or retail experience strongly preferred
Experience managing confidential information with professionalism
Demonstrates out-of-the-box thinking for creative sourcing
Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
Excellent time management, organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
