Job Description

Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Job Opening 457178) - The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is a member of the Talent Acquisition team at the OSU Wexner Medical Center, responsible for providing comprehensive recruiting support for the Talent Acquisition team with a sharp focus on executive recruitment. A major component of this position will include arranging interview logistics, such as travel coordination, calendar management, and itinerary/agenda creation.

Ensures itineraries are accurate and that all parties are aware of applicable logistics and have all materials necessary. Gathers feedback documentation from interviewers to share with the hiring manager(s). This position will interact and coordinate logistics for executive level candidates, and also serve as the liaison with search firm consultants to ensure proper communication with the candidates. Serves as the guide for candidates visiting campus.

Will be expected to provide event planning and social media support as the department determines new marketing strategies and initiatives. Ultimately, this individual will be proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented and act with a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
