The ideal candidate will perform administrative duties to support the talent acquisition team including preparing offer letters, initiate and monitor pre-employment background checks and drug screens, processing vendor invoices, maintaining record retention database and assisting candidates with general inquiries. The coordinator role will handle multiple projects at once, so the ability to organize a changing workload is critical.
This position can work out of the following office locations - Allen, TX, Springfield, MO, Elizabethtown or Louisville, KY.
Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum of one year of experience in an HR or Staffing environment.
Assists recruiters in managing internal and external job postings and conducts regular searches on all available job boards.
Acts as primary contact for offer letters and external job postings.
Communicates interview details to candidate, making certain s/he has all of the information necessary (detailed directions, dress code, interview logistics, etc.).
Develops effective, compelling ads to sell the job and client company to prospective candidates via postings.
Enters and maintains integrity of data in recruiting database and produces ad hoc recruiting reports as necessary.
Manages the employee referral process by fielding employee referral submissions, conducting referral phone interviews, tracking all referrals, and submitting qualified referrals to the recruiting team.
Monitors recruiting database (e.g., managing requisitions and updating employee's records and status reports).
Records invoices, employee and candidate expense reports, and any other financial information for the department.
Screens and routes resumes that come in via the mail and responds to email and phone inquiries directed to the department.
Prepares offer letters for internal and external candidates.
Provides a high level of customer service to the Business Development team.
Provides administrative support to the Recruiting team.
Performs data entry, tracks resumes, and maintains the resume database.
