Coordinators are responsible for supporting our Corporate Talent Acquisition Recruiters in the hiring process of new associates. This responsibility includes managing the distribution of resumes, scheduling candidate interviews, bringing candidates up from the lobby and preparing new hire paperwork. When hiring an associate, it is the Coordinator's role to prepare offer letters and packages, implement all testing, background investigations and drug screens, arrange relocation of new hires and ensure correspondence is complete with all other candidates.
Overall, Coordinators offer support to recruiters, as well as ensure the job placement process and new hire process is completed according to SOP. Successful Coordinators have strong skill in managing time, communicating both verbally and in writing and getting things done.
MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Actively engage candidates during phone interviews to identify relevance, culture fit, and strong customer service skills
Coordinating candidate interviews with the appropriate leaders in the field
Providing field leaders with candidate job applications and the appropriate assessment materials
NATURE AND SCOPE
Reports to the Operations Manager.
No direct responsibility for supervising others.
ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
Must be eighteen years of age or older.
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
Additional Minimum Qualifications:
The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high school diplomas and/or GED.
Years of Relevant Work Experience: 1 years
Frequent periods are spent standing or sitting in the same location with some opportunity to move about; occasionally there may be a need to stoop or lift light objects (typically less than 8 pounds).
