You will be a CRITICAL part of this team's success! Provide administrative support to the Nursing Talent Acquisition Team by working closely with internal/external candidates, external recruiters and other human resources professionals in support of a business' hiring needs. Manage the flow of candidates through the recruitment process, from scheduling interviews to bringing new employees on board. Including but not limited to posting job opportunities on ancillary sites, updating and tracking of pre-employment data, data reporting and project related work.

Requires a Bachelor's Degree (preferably) or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Minimum of 2 years of Administrative Support experience. Strongly preferred experience within an academic or healthcare Talent Acquisition office. You must have impeccable communication skills and be an expert at multi-tasking and making things happen quickly.

  • Must have proficiency with the MS suite to include Outlook, Word, and Excel.

  • Prefer experience with HRIS systems including Workday.

  • Poise and professional presentation.

  • Proactive approach to problem solving.

  • Must be able to demonstrate a high level of personal initiative to achieve goals and objectives.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and assist in the recruitment process with several recruiters.

  • Excellent organizational, presentation, oral and written skills required.

This position is 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri. Please note this position is temporary and not eligible for benefits. The post-offer coordinator will provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate must be able to prioritize work to effectively multitask and meet deadlines. He/she will work closely with members of the recruitment team to initiate and process pre-hire background checks via multiple HRIS systems. The coordinator will provide excellent customer service to communicate effectively with candidates and the recruitment team throughout the pre-hire process. * Initiate pre-hire background checks and reviews results. * Tracks new hire background checks documentation. * Ensure background checks are completed in a timely manner based on due date. * Respond to questions from new hires and recruiters regarding background check status. * Conduct appropriate follow up with candidates and/or recruitment team as needed to meet deadlines * Verify required credentials (i.e. licenses, certificates) for specific roles * Provide weekly and as needed updates to recruiters regarding new hires * Gather and upload documentation to employee files * Maintain compliance of background checks post-hire * Complete additional HR tasks such as reference checks as assigned HS diploma Bachelor's degree preferred Experience using Microsoft office suite Interest in Human Resources preferred Close attention to detail Ability to learn and use basic HRIS programs Massachusetts General Hospital Boston MA
