We are looking for an upbeat Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our San Francisco Talent Acquisition team. As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you are a whiz when it comes to organizing and managing heavy scheduling. You will serve as the first point of contact for candidates so integrity and enthusiasm is a must. We are looking for a driven and passionate individual who is excited to be thrown into a learning environment!
What you'll do:
Schedule interviews, book travel arrangements and reserve conference rooms for interviews
Meet and greet candidates for their interviews
Provide support to the recruiting team
Be a point person during onsite interviews
Facilitate disseminating interview materials and food for candidates while onsite
Manage high-volume job requisitions and all job boards
Assist in recruiting events as needed
What we expect:
Excellent Google Suite skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills are needed
Ability to effectively communicate, problem solve and work cross-functionally with various departments
Ability to navigate an applicant tracking system (like Lever) with ease
