Candidates need to have at least 1 year of TA experience.
High School diploma or equivalent plus 1- 3+ years of related work experience or equivalent combination.
Two-year degree or some college credits preferred.
Provides administrative support to the Talent Acquisition Department Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures.
Works with other parts of the business unit/companies in supporting hiring of talent
Partners with recruiter/department in providing administrative support
Assists with job postings
Inputs, maintains database for all applicants associated with a request, ensuring accuracy of data
Schedules multiple detailed interviews and meetings working with hiring team.
This may involve other clients locations
Responds to internal or outside requests relative to the hiring process
Compiles information and coordination of documents for request and ensures compliance
Arranges travel, transportation and accommodations for candidates
Processes candidate reimbursements
Completes new hire/transfer information and forwards to appropriate areas
Processes paperwork for background and drug screen
Prepares External and Internal offer letters and new Hire Packets
Composes and types communications such as memos, letters, reports, emails, organizational charts, and presentations
Provides basic AdHoc reporting
Assists with special projects
Performs other duties as requested.
