The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays integral role supporting the global recruiting function, and contributes to the overall success of the team by providing a high level of customer service, administrative support, and project coordination throughout the recruiting process. This role will also have full cycle recruitment responsibilities. This position works closely with a team of top recruiters to help build candidate relationships and expand our employment brand in the market.

Maintain job board postings to ensure active jobs are appropriately advertised.
Responsible for coordinating scheduling phone interviews and face to face interviews
Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely follow up
2+ years of sourcing experience across multiple disciplines including technology and sales.
Prior experience maintaining applicant tracking systems.
Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter (i.e. boolean searches)
Excellent ability to manage multiple priorities and drive tasks/projects to completion; and ability to communicate accordingly when business priorities shift
Strong drive for results
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with extreme professionalism and discretion
Strong organizational, prioritization and time management skills
Highly detail oriented and ability to multi-task and manage multiple deadline oriented projects is essential.
