The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays integral role supporting the global recruiting function, and contributes to the overall success of the team by providing a high level of customer service, administrative support, and project coordination throughout the recruiting process. This role will also have full cycle recruitment responsibilities. This position works closely with a team of top recruiters to help build candidate relationships and expand our employment brand in the market.

Position Responsibilities:

Generate excitement among our candidates and suggest creative and scalable programs to support our employment brand.

  • Source passive candidate and create talent pools

  • Maintain job board postings to ensure active jobs are appropriately advertised.

  • Responsible for coordinating scheduling phone interviews and face to face interviews

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely follow up


  • 2+ years of sourcing experience across multiple disciplines including technology and sales.

  • Prior experience maintaining applicant tracking systems.

  • Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter (i.e. boolean searches)

  • Excellent ability to manage multiple priorities and drive tasks/projects to completion; and ability to communicate accordingly when business priorities shift

  • Strong drive for results

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with extreme professionalism and discretion

  • Strong organizational, prioritization and time management skills

  • Highly detail oriented and ability to multi-task and manage multiple deadline oriented projects is essential.

  • Proactive problem solver.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Ability to work in a fast paced, quickly changing environment

Position Overview The Talent Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Talent Acquisition function to include the timely processing of recruitment and pre-employment transactions and onboarding new hires. S/he is responsible for performing moderately-complex administrative tasks and operations. Specific tasks would include: * Manage the Employee Requisition process; ensure approvals, establish job in applicant tracking software, create job file, create job summary (advertisement), enable/disable job posts to corporate website and selected job boards and social media platforms. * Contributes to resume sourcing / review, preliminary screening, and the coordination and placement of temporary personnel as needed. May conduct research to identify new / additional candidate sources * Support HR reporting typically related to recruiting and talent matters and other as required. * Support HR programs typically related to recruiting and talent matters; coordinates job / career fair attendance and associated logistics, communicates with university partners, promotes Employee Referral and other candidate generation campaigns, tracks employee referral awards, attends career fairs, and other tasks / events as needed. * Maintain candidate data within Applicant Tracking System (ATS); update candidate information to include interview dates, offer details, start dates, etc. * Facilitate pre-employment background checks and employment verification's; prepare offer letters/contracts/confidentiality agreements; provide introductory email to new hires regarding on-boarding and benefits. * Coordinate the candidate interview process; schedules interviews, arranges candidate travel, assists with candidate expense submissions. * Helps to maintain Job Descriptions as needed * Stay abreast of the Company's Policies and Procedures; is able to advise others. * May provide back-up support to HR Assistant or Receptionist as needed. * Perform filing/file maintenance Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field. * Minimum of 2 year's relevant HR experience required. * Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience required. * Human Resource Information System (HRIS)/Human Capital Management System (HCMS) experience is significantly advantageous. * Prior experience in the CRO industry is desirable. * Experience and comfort providing support to staff in multiple regions / countries. * Able to effectively communicate with candidates and staff of various levels, verbally and in writing. * Clerical/secretarial/administrative/office operations. * Quality driven with demonstrated experience in process improvement. * Fundamental understanding and application of the Human Resources body of knowledge is advantageous. * Intermediate/Advanced skill level in Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook as required. * Technically capable of learning new, or advancing knowledge of, systems and software.
