The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for assisting with, supporting and owning the management of a variety of projects and tasks in the TA Department. Incumbent facilitates the TA and onboarding process and performs tasks in our applicant tracking system. They will source prospects for open requisitions, facilitate the onboarding process for new hire and assisting the overall talent acquisition process. This person will interface with all levels of staff throughout the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • General Talent Acquisition:

  • Assists with the recruitment, interviewing and onboarding process.

  • Conducts preliminary sourcing, review of resumes and phone screens of potential candidates.

  • Coordinates and schedules candidate interviews

  • Applicant Tracking System Administration

  • Facilitates the new hire recruiting and onboarding process in Taleo by, drafting and sending offer letters and related documents, gathering new employee data, conducting pre-hire process through administering background checks and I9 documentation,

  • Ensuring accurate completion of all necessary forms and inputting same into electronic systems and physical files.

  • Special Projects:

  • Assists the Talent Acquisition Partners and Talent Acquisition Managers with special projects ranging from process improvement, interview training, employment branding, etc.

  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Experience using an ATS (Taleo) is highly preferred

  • Exposure to recruiting/talent acquisition environment is highly preferred

  • 1+ year experience in a fast-paced environment
