Talent Acquisition Consultant/TACSr. SOURCER- Richmond VA, Norfolk, VA, Indianapolis, IN or Louisville, KY

Responsible for leading company-wide recruitment sourcing efforts for specific professional areas and in support of the business.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

Collaborates with recruiting staff, hiring managers, leadership and HR delivery team in the sourcing and staffing processes to ensure positions are filled with the most highly talented candidates.

Mines internet sites using intermediate and advanced sourcing techniques using various channels to look for potential candidates, contacting passive candidates and building talent pipelines for future hiring needs.

Interacts with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Github), crafting and sending recruiting emails, texts, voicemails, videos, etc.

Maintains relationship with potential candidates for future opportunities.

May solicit and receiving funding for recruitment strategy efforts.

Requires

BA degree;
1 year of experience with staffing/sourcing or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook)

Experience using an applicant tracking database

Experience using search strings

Experience with high volume

Excellent written and communication skills; ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates

Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)

Effective time-management abilities

Full life-cycle recruiting

Preferred

Experience using Taleo

Experience using PeopleSoft

Health care recruiting experience

Experience supporting high volume staffing initiatives strongly preferred.
