Talent Acquisition Consultant Sr - Sourcing Consultant
Responsible for leading recruitment, sourcing and candidate attraction efforts for specific professional areas (Data Analytics/Data Science). Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Collaborates with hiring managers, leadership and HR delivery team in the staffing and selection processes to ensure positions are filled with the most highly talented candidates.
Coordinates social media and digital ad campaigns for candidate generation.
Mines internet sites using advanced sourcing techniques and Boolean search strings.
May solicit funding for recruitment strategy efforts.
Coordinates, represents and participates in recruitment events as required to fill open positions and maintain prospect relationships.
Provides technical guidance and leadership to more junior level talent acquisition team.
Serves as a senior project team member on staffing projects.
This position can be located at any Anthem office listed below, (No Relocation assistance is available)

4 years experience in recruiting and placement of exempt staff;
or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Must have experience working with the Taleo ATS.
Recent experience with proactive candidate sourcing and pipeline strategies for data analytics/data science positions is strongly preferred.
