Pay Range: $29.36 - $47.79 per hour

Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will work as a team member to support an assigned team of recruiters to maximize the efficiency of the recruitment process.

Responsibilities:
Update the applicant tracking system, updates applicant status, interview dates, etc.
Schedules and confirms interviews for recruiters, applicants and hiring managers
Administers pre-employment tests.
Responds to applicant and manager inquiries when the recruiter is unavailable.
Meets with new hires to execute new hire paperwork including verification of I-9 documentation, as well as, license/certification verification if appropriate.
Conducts criminal background checks as well as other checks as requested such as education, driver's record, etc.
Registers new employees at NEW.
Prepares job fair materials for assigned recruiters and assists with open houses.
Conducts fingerprinting for IDPH and UCIA.
Generates iGreentree reports for various areas, including the Division of Nursing and New Hire Orientation.
All other duties assigned.
