We are looking for german speaking (C1 level) support for our recruiting business in Germany, Austria and Switzerland as:

Talent Acquisition Consultant / Recruiter with German

Temporary contract (minimum of 15 months, extension possible)

We will count on you to:

• Be an expert and partner with a range of great people across multiple businesses to understand their needs

• Be curious to learn our business and understand their needs to scout the best talent

• Effectively manage the end-to-end process of 15-25 requisitions (alongside our Recruitment Coordinators who cover all administrative work)

• Use your direct sourcing techniques to present a diverse candidate slate to hiring managers

• Be meticulous about moving candidates through the recruitment process

• Keep up to date with local market trends and analysis

What you need to have:

• 2+ years of end to end recruiting experience

• Fluent German and English

• Strong knowledge of social media, search/innovative sourcing techniques

• A true passion for Talent Acquisition, attraction and experience
