KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Talent Acquisition Compliance to join our Experienced Hire Recruiting organization.
Provide compliance support services (e.g., OFCCP audits, monitors affirmative action programs, and evaluates compliance processes to mitigate risk)
Review compliance processes and compare against procedures, rules and regulations, and help ensure expectations are clearly communicated to the Talent Acquisition organization
Impact the quality, efficiency and effectiveness of the Talent Acquisition organization (e.g., monitors recruiting activity and recommends compliance improvements)
Work closely with the business stakeholders to resolve inquiries, understand recruiting processes and expectations as it relates to recruiting compliance
Field and manage any recruiting compliance questions from the Talent Acquisition team members
Work with HR Technology team to ensure the Applicant Tracking System meets compliance expectations and articulate the expectations to field recruiters and leaders
Minimum five years of experience in combination of Talent Acquisition and/or recruiting compliance role; preferably within a professional services firm or similar environment
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Working knowledge of OFCCP compliance expectations
Working knowledge of and ability to apply general and/or specialized compliance knowledge, regulations, rules, and practices
Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking System (IBM/Kenexa and Avature is preferred)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, advanced level in Excel is preferred
