Description
The Talent Acquisition Recruiter is responsible for delivering full life-cycle recruiting services in support of staffing needs for all business units based within TBC's corporate location. The position requires excellent communication skills, high attention to detail the ability to multi-task, manage multiple recruiting projects concurrently and interface with all levels of management.
Job Responsibilities
Provide consultative driven recruiting initiatives that include candidate sourcing, candidate screening and assessment, research, market intelligence and end user advisement.
Drive on-going candidate pool development through continuous networking and pipelining, social media channels, internet mining and job fairs.
Deliver full life-cycle recruiting and staffing process management.
Schedule management interviews, coordinate and escort candidates through the interview process and arrange for travel and lodging when applicable.
Build and maintain good relationships with universities and other educational institutions.
Attending college career fairs in-person and virtual, interacting with students and alumni.
Report on recruiting metrics after every careers event, including number of candidates interviewed and hired.
Post job ads and source potential candidates on social media groups.
Designing and implementing recruitment strategies such as events and social media campaigns.
Researching hiring trends and compiling recruitment reports and presentations.
Maintaining relationships with universities, student organizations, and recruitment networks.
Managing all administrative tasks such as updating recruitment databases, hiring profiles, and applicant documentation.
Proven experience in full cycle recruitment to include Time to fill and SLA's.
Coordinate job offers and on boarding with the Human Resources Team.
Manage and ensure the proper usage of the applicant tracking system and deliver weekly results in a metrics-driven format.
Ensure compliance with company process and legal standards.
Perform all other tasks and special projects as requested.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination in education and experience.
Three (3) to five (5) years Corporate Recruiting experience
Social Media networking, internet mining and cold calling
Project and relationship management
Excel, reporting platforms and applicant tracking systems.
Human Resources Generalist experience a plus
Demonstrated strong interpersonal and influence skills in dealing with all levels of management and effective at developing strong credibility and working relationships.
Strong business acumen and ability to understand business priorities and translate them into a Talent Acquisition agenda and goals that supports the business
Must have ability to exercise independent judgment, properly handle highly confidential sensitive information, flex to changing needs and situations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work cross functionally across geographies, cultures, up and down the organization with proven ability to build relationships, establish trust
Ability to work self-directed, multi-task in a high volume, fast-paced work environment with strict deadlines while demonstrating strong critical thinking, problem solving skills and a sense of urgency.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, ATS
