We are looking for a full-life cycle recruiter to support our Western Region Engineering, Sciences, and Technology (ES&T) organization and be located in either El Segundo, CA or Aurora, CO.

Leverage the power of talent market intelligence/research to drive strategic, effective and innovative sourcing strategies

We are looking for recruiters that are not afraid to leverage the power of talent market intelligence/research to drive strategic, effective and innovative sourcing strategies. Are you comfortable managing competing demands, accepting constructive feedback, adaptable and flexible to changing business requirements? If so, you could support a broad customer base in a highly complex technical environment.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years' experience in a recruiting (technology) or sourcing recruiting role (agency or corporate) with an emphasis on lead generation, candidate quality and hiring team first mentality

Or 7 years of equivalent combination of education & experience

  • US Citizenship required

  • Effective customer service and interpersonal communication skills

  • Successful demonstration of full-life cycle staffing experience

  • Active in the Social and Digital recruitment arena

  • Ability to define and implement research and sourcing strategies for critical positions

  • Technical industry knowledge with the ability to understand relevant skills, target companies and user groups

  • Able and open to occasional travel around the region to assist with events, and in support of the business

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in agency recruiting

  • Excellent planning and organizational skills; able to manage multiple high priority projects effectively in a high volume, fast-paced service environment

  • Self-directed, excellent customer service skills and results orientation

  • Experience with server-based applicant tracking systems, ideally TALEO

  • Prefer experience developing competitive market intelligence for talent

  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of OFCCP process compliance

  • Ability to demonstrate effective ways to build talent pipelines and tactical research

  • Knowledge of alternative search techniques to find and engage passive candidates
