RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage high volume, full life cycle recruitment across multiple service lines and disciplines

  • Act as talent partner with and understand the hiring manager's needs to attract, identify, select and hire top talent

  • Create and implement a sourcing plan designed to generate a diverse candidate population using various methods including social media job boards, membership organizations, third parties and personal networking

  • Owns the development and management of candidate pipelines

  • Utilize metrics to influence better decision making and advise hiring managers and recruitment management

  • Utilize market knowledge and provide insight of labor trends and availability of top talent

  • Partner with manager and HR team to recommend appropriate offer package

  • Work with various internal teams to ensure all new hires have a positive welcoming experience to the firm

JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

  • BA /BA degree

Previous Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of recruiting experience

  • Previous search firm experience required and /or equivalent internal experience

Certifications:

  • Strong MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint skills

  • Technology savvy including social media and process mapping

  • Experience with Workday recruitment management tools and/or ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) & CRM (Candidate Relationship Management)

  • Comprehensive demonstration of social media, digital sourcing and diversity sourcing strategies

  • Exceptional time management, organizational and communicational skills required

  • Ability to handle confidential information is essential

Operations supports all client transactions and processing through the life cycle of the client relationship.
