Who You'll Work With:
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our Talent Acquisition and Development Team in Private Wealth Management. The Administrative Assistant is a key role providing support for and coordination of the talent acquisition strategies and employee development programs that the Private Wealth Talent Acquisition and Development Team are responsible for. This role will require building meaningful relationships with AB senior leadership and team members in offices across the country.
What You'll Do:
The responsibilities of the TAD Administrative Assistant will include:
Scheduling
Coordinate interviews with select members of the Talent Acquisition and Development Team
Facilitate presenter schedules for portions of our employee development programs
Arrange large group meetings with responsibility for coordinating availability with all parties; booking travel, arranging special meeting facilities, and distributing meeting materials
Data Management
Support the national adoption and usage of Workday Recruiting (our main applicant tracking system)
Assist with maintaining data for talent strategic initiatives, such as talent mapping or succession planning exercises
Support the Talent Acquisition and Development Team, which is a growing part of our business, and provides exposure to senior leaders throughout the firm.
Administrative Support to Bernstein Private Wealth Management Chief Talent Officer
Maintain daily calendar and schedule for designated staff members via Outlook
Coordinate activities relating to meeting and conference attendance including hotel and travel arrangements, preparation and/or coordination of agendas and support materials, room reservations, meal planning and related tasks
Phone coverage for Talent Acquisition and Development Team Leadership
Navigate the firm effectively and efficiently by interfacing with various departments on behalf of leadership to collect information, respond to requests and coordinate meetings
Create and update content for PowerPoint presentations as needed for the Talent Acquisition and Development Team
What We're Looking For:
Self-starter with demonstrated ability to navigate evolving calendars and projects,
Organizer who is committed to satisfying deadlines with strong attention to detail
Relationship builder who collaborates well with others and has strong interpersonal skills for coordination with professionals at all levels, inside and outside the firm.
Ability to juggle and respond effectively and efficiently to changing business priorities and demonstrate solid judgment
Effective oral and written communication skills, and telephone etiquette
Minimum of 2 years-experience in an administrative or support role preferred
Strong understanding of all office technology and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly Outlook, OneNote, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Experience with Workday preferred

In accordance with applicable law, the minimum and maximum base annual salary for this role is as follows: Base Salary Range: $60,000 to $75,000. Actual base salaries may vary based on factors including but not limited to education, training, experience, past performance, and other job-related factors. Base salary is just one component of total compensation at AB, which may include, depending on eligibility, commissions, year-end incentive compensation, short- and long-term incentives and Department-specific awards.
