The ideal Tailor/Seamstress provides each customer the ability to look and feel their best selves through the integrity and quality of their work.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

  Provide an exceptional start-to-finish experience for each customer

  Efficiently measure/pin customers to the correct fit

  *
• *

  Communicate passionately about proper garment fit and latest trends while maintaining empathy for the customers’ needs and wants

• *

  Complete alterations and fittings according to company standards within the desired deadline

  *
• *

  Be an active team member in support of the overall company mission

  *

Must Haves:

  Previous experience with alterations and tailoring

  Knowledge of various types of sewing equipment and tools

  *
• *

  Professional communication skills and a team attitude

  Multi-tasking, organization, and time management skills

  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

  Enthusiasm for the craft

  Understanding of the safety precautions with all equipment use
