Successful candidate will serve as a member of the Server Labs/Test Centers technical support Team. Candidate will oversee and organize equipment (hardware) installation, de-installation and modification support. Provide multilevel Team support for integration of all existing and new Lab equipment configurations and activations, (e.g. interface w/software support group, test operations personnel and engineering design support group, etc.). Must have flexibility/availability to work various shifts and accommodate weekend overtime.
Familiar with troubleshooting/repair practices
Must be a team player with excellent verbal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical members of the engineering/management staff and personnel assigned to related work centers.
Must be detail oriented and have the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Must be willing to work overtime and shift work (including weekends) as directed by immediate manager.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance at the SECRET level
