As a solution architect on our team, you'll translate your customer's IT needs and future goals into a plan by crafting architecture and designing a cross-domain solution tactical broker service. With your guidance, we'll help transform the way the Air Force uses technology including cloud migration, integrating advanced technology, and modernizing legacy systems. You Have:

• 8+ years of experience with multi-discipline solutioning for DoD clients in Cross Domain Solutions, tactical Communications, cybersecurity, engineering, digital solutions, C4ISR, or space systems

• Experience as a systems architect with a focus on software systems

• Experience as a technical lead

• Experience with agile development

• Experience with Java development

• Ability to obtain a security clearance

• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with VPX Hardware

• Experience with leading multidisciplinary technical teams

• Experience with developing and maintaining effective internal and external business relationships with corporate teams, clients, and industry partners

• Experience with transitioning R&D capabilities to operational capabilities

• Ability to communicate multi-step and interdependent activities effectively to capture teams and ensure efficient execution of captured efforts

• Master's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
