Trigyn has an immediate opening for a Tableau Administrator / Developer with our direct client in Charlotte, NC. The particulars of the position are as follows.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Visualize and develop BI solutions (Dashboards, Scorecards, Analytic reports) that show top management clear opportunities for revenue growth based on sales, customer, and industry data

Visualize and develop BI solutions that help operational teams maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction in day-to-day operations

Design and deliver end-user training and training materials for top management as well as operational teams; provide technical support as necessary

Hands on Day to day Tableau Admin activities and performing periodical upgrades and patching across various environments

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university
5+ years of Tableau Administration and Development experience

Ability to provide Production Support for Tableau platforms

Experience Implementing Proactive Tableau Environment Health Checks and Performance Threshold Alerting

Experience with Tableau application performance monitoring, capacity planning, and tuning for multiple members on multiple projects

Expert in data extraction using SQL

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to execute fast-paced and dynamic projects in a highly organized manner on a tight schedule

Experience in Oracle Business Intelligence is plus

Strong knowledge in databases Oracle, SQL Server, Netezza, MongoDB is plus.
