Responsible for theconduct of table games for assigned shift in accordance with federal, state,and local gaming regulations, as well as company policies, procedures andinternal controls.

  • Continuously improves service by assessing service problems usingplayer feedback or data.

  • Communicates service problems and team plans in buzz sessions andfacilitates problem-solving meetings with team.

  • Demonstrates the ability to discipline and responsibly directemployees.

  • Stays involved in hiring process of employees.

  • Supervises poker room seating.

  • Supervisors can alsofunction either as a boxperson or floorperson in accordance with 465a.35,provided however that the Supervisor Casino Games acting as the Boxpersonmay not perform the duties of the Floorperson on that day.

  • Focuses team on providing "A"level service. Immediatelyaddresses service issues and follows up to ensure guest satisfaction.

  • Keeps team well informed of property promotions and events and ispresent and visible at customer events.

  • Takes personal responsibility for creating an atmosphere of luck.

  • Ensures properprocedure is used by all dealers under supervision.

  • Verifies all gamingtable transactions in supervised area.

  • Verifies issuance ofcredit after completion of all authorization procedures.

  • Responsible foroversight of credit/cash buy-in process.

  • Responsible for input,maintenance and updating of patron information.

  • Personally responsiblefor their dealers being upbeat and friendly while also takingresponsibility for following dealing procedures and keeping proper gamepace.

  • Manages labor, suppliesand other expense items in a manner consistent with company strategy.

  • Preparesthe various forms, records and documents required for the operation of thecasino pit.

  • Verifiescustomer credit information on the display monitor.

  • Requestsfills, credits and counter checks from the cashiers cage.

  • Inputsinto computer terminal information regarding the inventory and transfer ofgaming chips.

  • Complimentary privileges within prescribed limits inaccordance with the approved comp matrix.

High school diploma or required; college degreepreferred. Knowledge ofcasino rules, procedures, and regulations as applied to the game(s) undersupervision. Supervisory, communicationand organizational skills. Direct dealing experience with the game(s) containedin assigned pit area.

Thorough and complete knowledge of all internalcontrols, Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board rules, company regulations andpolicies including Controlling Alcohol Risks Effectively techniques and

Currency Transaction Reporting laws.

Must possess strongcommunication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Must possess PC skills and demonstrate aworking knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.

Is able to work in smoke filled environment and able to sit andstand for prolonged periods of time. Ableto work any shift or schedule. Positionsavailable include: full-time, part-time and on-call.

Must be able to obtain and maintain the appropriatelicense through the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.

Partner with Branch Sales Manager in ensuring compliance and control through risk management. Manage personal and team's pipeline to effectively manage customer loyalty. Also responsible for producing high quality loans that meet Wells Fargo Home Mortgage guidelines by building relationships with realtors, builders, financial planners, bank stores, past customers, and other nontraditional source while providing excellent customer service.
