Work Focus: Develops, identifies and implements process improvement activities.

Manages and ensures the integration and implementation of consistent operational processes across the enterprise. Supports standardization

and optimization of people, process, and performance. Monitors and analyzes implementation and program outcomes.

Designs, plans and facilitates training curriculum for essential skills and processes related to TA operations. Develops and implements job aides, policies and procedures for key functions; ensures availability of materials to colleagues in the field.

Process Focus: Assesses needs, designs the content based on relevant research and data, implements the training material, and evaluates effectiveness. Knows, understands & incorporates basic knowledge of TH policies,

practices & processes to ensure quality, confidentiality, & safety are prioritized. Demonstrates knowledge of departmental processes & procedures & ability to readily acquire new knowledge. Collaborate on performance improvement activities as indicated by outcomes in program efficiency & candidate, colleague and/or customer experience.

Communication: Employs effective & respectful written, verbal & nonverbal communications; Develops an environment of mutual confidence & trust through collaborative relationships; Effectively communicates goals,

standards, program expectations, service performance & how the work serves Trinity Health objectives; Proactively recognizes, addresses &/or escalates organizational, operational, or team conflicts.

Environment: Performs work in a caring, collaborative & safe manner that complies with regulatory standards.

Maintains a safe, functional & organized workspace environment. Stewards productive use of resources (e.g.,

ensure adherence in a manner that reflects honest, ethical and professional behavior, and safe work practices.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Education, Social Science, Industrial/Organizational Psychology or a related field

Minimum of five (5) years progressively more responsible experience in talent acquisition, including at least 2 years of leading and managing people and projects, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Additional Qualifications (Nice to have):

Experience in healthcare

Certification: SHRM, SHRM Recruiter Academy Certified Recruiter, ATD Certified Professional in Learning & Performance (CPLP), Certified Professional in Training Management (CPTM), or Corporate Trainer Certification - Management & Strategy Institute)
