The Adult Swim On Air department is responsible for all promos, interstitials and packaging as well as custom sponsorships for the network. The group also manages the weekly Toonami block, original show production, music releases, sales reels and streaming shows.
The On Air T3 will function as our department Production Assistant. This will include assisting on most, if not all, of the following duties:
Weekly turn ins Weekly streaming shows Weekly reviews for in production and completed projects.
VO - talent scheduling and contracts.
VO booth scheduling.
Communicating rate updates when needed.
Asset delivery & communication to .com and social Database management of projects Tracking team assignments with bi-weekly updates Tracking all deliverables of the department (reels, spots, sponsorship, etc.)
The T3 will also provide general department assistance such as:
Obtain signatures for production contracts.
Scan and file for production and legal.
Misc. paperwork as requested.
Asset pull for editorial or creative review.
Assistance as needed on live action production
Manage calendar and travel for VP of Production.
Strong working knowledge of post production process in linear and digital production.
Strong working knowledge of live action production.
Strong working knowledge of animation process.
Experience on set or in a production office.
Ability to problem solve.
Proactive in assignments.
Recent college graduate (within 2 years of having completed undergrad)
Bachelor's degree in Production or Business from College or Technical School.
T3 Trainee Program
The Turner Trainee Team (T3) program is designed for recent college graduates who have a driving desire to succeed in the media industry.
Trainees will be selected to receive a hands-on learning experience for 11 months in Turner's leading divisions.
All T3's must be no more than 2 years post-graduation with a bachelor's or graduate degree from an accredited university.
This program is paid, with benefits.
Full-time employment is not guaranteed at the end of the program.
