Overview:
2020 Companies is hiring a Systems Support Technician I to work in our office overlooking Texas Motor Speedway!
About the Position and You
The Systems Support Technician I is a permanent role working in-office Monday
Friday, 8:00am
4:00pm. Minimal weekend hours are required on occasion.
Provide excellent customer service and support for all employees
Perform hardware maintenance on laptops, desktops, and mobile devices
Install and configure hardware and software in a Windows environment
Support Microsoft Windows Operating systems and Microsoft Office 365 applications
Create and manage user accounts and security groups in Active Directory
Troubleshoot internet and network connectivity issues
Troubleshoot basic network printer issues and install printer toner and drums
Thoroughly document problem resolutions via ticketing system
Maintain a professional demeanor
Bi-lingual Spanish a plus, but not required

Job Description:
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve laptop, desktop, and mobile device hardware issues
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve Microsoft 365 and other Windows related software issues
Install and configure hardware and software on computers and mobile devices, including peripherals such as phones, printers, external drives, and other related hardware
Deploy hard drive images
Perform basic wired and wireless network troubleshooting
Support remote employees and devices using remote access tools and VPN connectivity
Create and manage Active Directory user accounts
Perform system backup and restore files on computers during repairs and replacement computer deployments
Effectively document and communicate job processes, procedures, and ticket resolutions
Organize equipment, supplies and paperwork
Perform all other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Technical Degree with Certification preferred
1-2 years relevant work experience
Technical break/fix experience replacing components for laptops and desktops (hard drives, LCD screens, power supplies, memory, keyboards, etc.)
Knowledge of computer networking, terminology, and methodology
Strong communication, analytical and problem solving skills
Effectively prioritize and organize multiple projects at one time with strong attention to detail
Ability to successfully meet deadlines
Ability to lift up to 40lbs
Ability to communicate and work well with other departments
