In this role, you will be responsible for resolving workstation issues and providing comprehensive support to maximize firm-wide productivity. You will assist in maintaining and upgrading equipment, providing technical guidance, and ensuring seamless operations of our technology infrastructure. Why join us?

Job Details Responsibilities: Resolve workstation issues throughout the organization to enhance productivity and minimize system downtime. Act as a resource to other IT groups by assisting with workstation, application, and testing.

Provide on-site and remote end user support for all issues related to firm-provided hardware and software. Assist the Audio/Visual Support team with multimedia meeting support as needed. Respond to technical support requests via telephone, email, and in-person interactions.

Track, document, and monitor all issues to ensure timely resolution. Provide incident support for customers at various locations, including rapid problem resolution and root cause analysis. Run diagnostic tests to isolate system problems and recommend potential solutions.

Install, maintain, and upgrade equipment and associated infrastructure as needed. Maintain inventories and interact with vendors for technology supplies and services. Ensure compliance with department policies, procedures, and standards.

Assist in testing new software and hardware and provide feedback as necessary. Contribute to the firm’s Service Excellence initiative. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Windows workstation implementation, management, and support. Current certifications in relevant technologies such as Microsoft Windows 10 MCSA, CompTIA Network, and A preferred. Strong written and oral communication skills.

Experience with Windows, MS Office, MS Office 365, SharePoint, Teams, Zoom, Skype for Business, and document management systems required. Basic knowledge of Networking in an MS Server environment required.

Experience with laptop and printer repairs and ability to replace basic components required.

Experience with video conferencing equipment preferred. Familiarity with Citrix, PGP, Elite, Carpe Diem, Aderant, and Relativity is a plus. Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks.
