Overview CubeSmart is currently seeking a Systems Support Analyst to join the Information Technology team at our corporate in Malvern, PA. The Systems Support Analyst is responsible for handling escalations from our support team, deploying laptops and other IT equipment, and assisting the support and infrastructure teams.

Responsibilities The following duties and responsibilities generally reflect the expectations of this position but are not intended to be all-inclusive. Evaluate hardware and software requirements and determine optimal configurations to meet customer needs within our corporate and divisional office users. Serve as an escalation point for requests that cannot be resolved by Level 1 & 2 Service Desk technicians Independently create, test, and document procedures for solutions to user's hardware or software requirements.

Develop, test, manage, and maintain new systems, processes, and standards and implement them organization-wide with training and/or documentation. Review ticketing system (FreshService) to determine common issues and develop documentation and training to resolve these issues by level 1 & 2 technicians to resolve these issues. Review, remediate and escalate active directory accounts and changes to ensure proper policy and procedures are being enforced.

Manage vendors, research and suggest purchasing hardware, and monitor license requirements. Monitor the CubeSmart corporate office workstations, systems to ensure that they adhere to security standards, the latest patch levels, and best practices. Interface with all levels of management to provide updates on projects and systems.

Support and troubleshoot escalation issues on email, Teams, iOS devices, windows devices, printers, etc. Create and deliver regular training curriculum to Level 1 & 2 technicians on advanced computer administrator procedures. Able to balance projects and project-oriented tasks with day-to-day responsibilities, as projects may take up to 100% of the candidate's time.

O365/Active Directory/Teams and Azure account creations via NOC workflows. The creation of Security Groups, Distribution List and file shares/security permissions Imaging/shipping/purchasing of all new hardware for our corporate and divisional office users. Desktop side support tasks for our corporate and divisional office users (including Office moves and setups) Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience 3-5 years of advanced computer experience Understanding of computer networks.

Ability to work with and train end-users with various degrees of computer knowledge.

Ability to operate standard office equipment and follow office procedures. You are required to keep up with the latest in technology, either through forums or related professional publications.

Familiarity with mobile devices.

Well-developed analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with attention to detail. Ability to perform duties with a high level of accuracy and document the results of efforts.

Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Must be an effective team player. Able to apply common sense understanding to carry out complex written, oral, or diagram instructions.

Effective oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.

Strong administrative and organization skills.

Strong customer service with a strong sense of ownership, urgency, and professionalism. The candidate will possess excellent time management skills and should have the ability to work independently, prioritizing their own tasks when necessary.

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience 3-5 years of advanced computer experience Understanding of computer networks.

Responsibilities The Implementation Support Analyst would administer the various hardware and software installations that make up the CubeSmart store environment. The Implementation Support Analyst would be the main liaison with onsite vendors and would also serve as the IT expert to store teammates during the implementation phase. Included in the role is logistics and asset management aspect that would involve ordering, tracking, and documenting IT equipment. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, inherently collaborative, and eager to support the implementation of new technology. Responsibilities: Serve as the technical representative guiding the installation of technology for Store Transitions. Serve as a technical contact leading the rollout of new technology for an IT project. Manage the overall process of IT equipment inventory and logistics. Collaborate with appropriate external vendors, as well as other internal departments to ensure completion of installation. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on a variety of aspects of CubeSmart's business and technology and leverage this knowledge to add value and drive quality. Provide outstanding customer service to our business stakeholders and help drive our culture of collaboration and genuine care.
