The purpose of the Systems Support Analyst 2 role is to support the critical facilities in data entry of work and change requests documentation for audit and reviews through our governance team and other efforts as assigned.

The key job responsibilities of the Systems Support Analyst 2 will be to:

  • Provide data entry for the CMMS program for Wells Fargo licensed users.

  • Evaluate, edit and perform data transfer from systems of record as required for change management within the specified time frame ensuring 100% accuracy with the focus on zero arbitrations.

  • Maintain communication between team members to ensure all parties are notified of change request status.

  • Update change request status in CMMS program as change request are approved in system of record notifying the field teams of all approvals prior to the start of the work window.

  • Close all change requests in systems of record within specified timeframe.

  • Audit and maintain all engineering related data within systems of record for all sites within assigned region including positions and responders, site classifications, assets and status of all Change Requests and Incident Reports ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.

  • Analyze assets and predict maintenance requirements with CMMS manager.

  • Provide required training for systems of record users as necessary.

  • Provide audit support of critical equipment required maintenance activities and any other internal/external Audit requests.

  • Provide ad hoc reports on all information available within systems of record for each site within assigned region.

  • Monitor and manage problem tickets assigned for designated region.

  • Monitor building work order process and new service requests, ensuring all work orders/requests are completed and closed within a timely manner.

  • Assist building operating managers with space management opportunities, including assistance with Tririga.

  • Develop maintenance strategies with local Regional Maintenance Managers and Business Initiatives Managers.

  • Coordinate and manage Critical Facilities Master Site Activity Tracker.

  • Provide support and PTO coverage for fellow SSA team as requested by leadership.

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ year of systems support analysis experience

Desired Qualifications

  • Ability to take on a high level of responsibility, initiative, and accountability

  • Ability to identify and assess issues then make sound decisions

  • Ability to interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of team members and management

  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills

  • Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills

Other Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in Wells Fargo systems of record is a plus

  • Experience in critical equipment (UPS, Generators, HVAC and electrical distribution)

  • 2+ years of relevant work experience in data analysis and/or data management

  • Experience in data entry management and related computer software

The Business Systems Analyst plays an intricate part in providing analytical expertise for the revenue cycle management process while identifying work flow issues and providing solutions. With sharp attention to detail, the analyst would discern client problems and communicate and escalate root cause issues to appropriate parties. The Business Systems Analyst must be able to proactively monitor daily work flow and data while adhering to R1's key revenue performance and quality metrics across multiple hospital systems. This role will report directly to an R1 Revenue Cycle Manager within assigned department. This person will be responsible for census balancing between two host systems which includes the electronic medical records and an accounting tool. The Business Systems Analyst will be assisting in balancing of charges on bedded patients. This will require working with large data and providing daily report outs to senior leadership of findings and trends. Responsibilities: * Gathers and compiles data in a systematic fashion and prepares excel analysis; leverages Vlookups and pivot tables. * Interprets complex data sets and creates data analyses to drive desired results. * Continuously detects and resolves data defects while creating solutions to prevent future defects. * Responds to ad-hoc requests and develops solutions in a timely manner. * Completes report consolidation and automation and prepares various reporting packages. * Serves as a liaison for training and subject matter expertise on the utilization of R1RCM work flow technologies. * Other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications: * A high school diploma or GED is required * Experience in an analytical environment and evidence of organization skills. * Exemplary problem solving abilities and practical analytical competency to identify trends using data. * Advanced computer knowledge, including Excel spreadsheets, pivot tables and Microsoft Office products. * Outstanding time management skills and the ability to simultaneously manage multiple tasks while remaining self-directed. * SQL Data configuration and reporting. Desired Qualifications: * Facility revenue cycle experience. * McKesson and Cerner experience. * Has basic understanding of contract reimbursement. * Has understanding of hospital claims and billing. * Understands healthcare revenue cycle code sets: CPT, HCPC, ICD9, Service location and revenue code.
