CTO/TI teams are expanding business services capabilities for collaboration and messaging. The Systems Sr Architect - (Unified Communications) is responsible for leading medium to high complexity collaboration and messaging designs supporting the overall technology architecture. This role will partner closely with senior level leaders and technologists around the long-range architecture, strategy and roadmap while helping driving UC modernization. This role will focus on the following technology areas; web conferencing, video conferencing, audio conferencing, IM/persistent chat, email, fax, compliance archiving, e-discovery, conference room technologies as part of delivering on WF overall Unified Communications strategy.

Architects consult with requesters, line of business partners, technology suppliers to understand requirements, present technical options, and create approved conceptual and logical designs to provide to engineering teams for development and deployment. This position will lead other Systems Architects with solutions analysis, performance, and capacity assessments to ensure solutions are right sized for the business need. This role will also provide governance functions to ensure proper technology usage guidelines are established and followed.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: systems, applications, or architecture planning
  • 5+ years of experience with systems architecture and design
  • 3+ years of experience researching new technologies, performing proof-of-concepts and recommending solutions
  • 4 + years of experience developing, reviewing, or interpreting Unified Communication architecture diagrams
  • 2+ years of engineering experience with electronic messaging systems such as email or unified communications systems

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in one or a combination of the following: systems, applications, or architecture planning

  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Ability to influence across all organizational levels, particularly senior management

  • Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships

  • 3+ years of experience using an industry standard database modeling language

  • A BS/BA degree or higher

  • Knowledge and understanding of voice, IPT, and unified communication products and services

  • Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas

  • Ability to influence and collaborate at all internal organizational levels

  • Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships

  • Ability to translate complex technical needs into straightforward requests for information and collaboration, working with a wide range of people

The Sr. Analyst provides general support of Ascension facilities and customers by monitoring daily files, provisioning access requests, validating data loads and testing code / data in table /data mart development, etc. Serve on call rotations for daily file monitoring. Research issues on missing or incomplete files and communicate findings to health ministry liaisons Build and administer REDCap data collection surveys. Create test scripts and test methodologies for functional testing and data validation; conduct regular functional testing and data validation using Tableau, GCP Big Query, HFM, PSFT and other software, as needed, and document results Respond to Service Now tickets opened by associates for data, troubleshooting, etc.; provide high level of customer service for internal and external customers; serve as customer support for questions related to the data published.
