JOB SUMMARY:

Information Services Program is seeking a qualified IT professional on the System Administration team in the role of Systems Programmer III. This is a mission critical position that provides technical assistance for the Department's Windows server and active directory infrastructure. The incumbent in this position is responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, administration, and support of Windows Server operating systems and infrastructure; Office 365 Administration and Support; Azure Administration and Support; Active Directory Administration; and System Center Endpoint Manager (SCCM). The incumbent will also provide technical support, as well as evaluate and make recommendations of hardware/software/services to help the department meet our strategic goals.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Seven years of work-related experience in supporting, troubleshooting, and problem solving for enterprise level computers.*

SUBSTITUTIONS:

• *A college degree can be substituted on a year-for-year basis for the required experience.

PREFERENCES:

• Microsoft server administration experience

• Office 365 administration experience

• Microsoft System Center Endpoint Manager administration experience

• Active Directory administration experience

• Microsoft Azure administration experience

• Microsoft Intune experience

• Viewfinity/CyberArk experience

• Windows Imaging/Operating Systems Deployment experience

SPECIAL NOTES:

• Position located in Tallahassee, Florida and is eligible for part time telework.

• Skills Verification Tests and Interviews will be conducted on site for this position.

SALARY: The tentative salary for this position is $57,768.55 annually but is negotiable commensurate with experience.
