Job Duties include but not limited to:
Manages and monitors all installed systems and infrastructure. Installs, configures, tests and maintains operating systems, application software and system management tools. Ensures the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability. Maintains security back-up, and redundancy strategies. Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks. Participates in the design of information and operational support systems. Provides 2nd and 3rd level support for Systems and liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution. Understands compliance and risk management requirements for supported system area. May assign tasks and/or project resources. Monitors work progress and adherence to technical process controls/standards. Duties also include ensuring high reliability, performance and support for application assigned. Provide 24/7 on call support production environment support. Troubleshooting and root cause analysis on issues in all the supported environments.
Experience supporting technology at an enterprise-level
Ability to interact effectively at varying levels of the business and technical organizations; including management
Strong team or technical leadership experience
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Other Desired Qualifications
F5 Administration (or other hardware load balancer solution)
Scripting (Python, Perl, Shell, PowerShell or PHP)
Prior experience with CI/CD tools like uDeploy & Jenkins for automating large scale deployments
5+ years' Experience supporting high volume 24x7 mission critical systems.
Experience in analyzing, prioritizing and using advanced troubleshooting skills to resolve issues encountered in Production environment
Experience in analyzing and tuning applications in the areas such as memory management, process or thread management, resource management.
