We are currently looking for a Systems Integration Specialist for our office in our Santa Barbara location.
What you'll be doing:
This role focuses on integrating third party software. You should be able to compare features between competing products, understand use-cases for all departments, train users, and maintain user accounts and permissions. You will work with internal and external developers to add customized functionality and troubleshoot issues. You will also handle assignment of computers, phones, and the like to end users.
As the Systems Integration Specialist, you will:
A primary point of contact for technical matters relating to devices and associated software
Onboard new on IT matters: configuring user accounts, permissions, etc.
Lead and offer technical support to hardware and software engineers during integration and upgrade of training systems
Identify and participate actively in hardware and software integration issues and performance problems with appropriate engineers, technicians, designers
Provide project (status, risks, concerns, etc.) information to upper management
Your experience and skills include:
Bachelor's degree preferred, Associates preferred
1-3 years of experience in a related field
Superior verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Comfort using and learning new technology
Excellent organizational abilities and prioritization skills
Builds rapport quickly and effectively cross-functionally
Critical thinker with proven analytical skills
Comfortable working with and training end users
Programming skills are a plus, but not required
