Acts as a liaison between multiple parties to provide guidance, and development support while integrating products and solutions into customer applications

Regular business hours: M-F, 8am-5pm

Responsibilities

Participate in requirement meetings and assists with the design, development, and delivery of integration solutions covering all technical aspects of the implementation lifecycle.

Works on system integration design projects of limited and may provide assistance on moderately complex systems integration design projects.

Works with customers, partners, and others in creating solutions that integrate with Zebra's devices

Follows instructions and applies Zebra policies and procedures to resolve routine issues.

May support and observe supplier selection and negotiation process.

May work on creating training materials and participating in training programs.

Receives detailed instructions on work and new assignments.

Qualifications

Minimum:

HS Diploma or GED required 2 years' experience within mobile device repair or service desk support Experience with Unix, Linux, Android O/S skills Experience in diagnostics and problem analysis

Preferred:

Bachelor's degree in related field - computer science, computer information systems, data science, etc. Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills Organization skills including workload prioritization and ability to work to deadlines Experience with Python or other programming languages

The Windows Systems Engineer role is responsible for providing engineering services related to endpoint provisioning, configuration, management, level 3 support, PC hardware evaluations, and enterprise browser administration for over 280,000 endpoints. About the Windows Engineering Team: The WinEng team is a highly collaborative team operating within the top 25% of its peer group managing the operating system on over 280k physical and virtual endpoints. The team is involved in many innovate projects including our modern endpoint management transformation. A modern endpoint is managed via the cloud, has the latest OS, and is running on preferred hardware/specs to ensure the best end user experience. Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities * Advanced Knowledge of Windows 10 operating system * System Provisioning - SCCM Task Sequence, Windows AutoPilot, and Workspace One * System Configuration and Management - SCCM, MS Intune, Workspace One, Certificates, Group Policy Orchestrator, and Active Directory * System Support and Patching - OS patching and vulnerability remediation, Windows Registry and PowerShell scripting * Hardware and Lifecycle Management - Vendor management, hardware testing and global lifecycle management * Reporting and Analytics - Excel and MS Power BI * Execution - Understanding of Agile mythologies and basic understanding of Project Management framework Minimum Qualifications...
