Acts as a liaison between multiple parties to provide guidance, and development support while integrating products and solutions into customer applications
Regular business hours: M-F, 8am-5pm
Participate in requirement meetings and assists with the design, development, and delivery of integration solutions covering all technical aspects of the implementation lifecycle.
Works on system integration design projects of limited and may provide assistance on moderately complex systems integration design projects.
Works with customers, partners, and others in creating solutions that integrate with Zebra's devices
Follows instructions and applies Zebra policies and procedures to resolve routine issues.
May support and observe supplier selection and negotiation process.
May work on creating training materials and participating in training programs.
Receives detailed instructions on work and new assignments.
HS Diploma or GED required 2 years' experience within mobile device repair or service desk support Experience with Unix, Linux, Android O/S skills Experience in diagnostics and problem analysis
Bachelor's degree in related field - computer science, computer information systems, data science, etc. Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills Organization skills including workload prioritization and ability to work to deadlines Experience with Python or other programming languages
